Prospective Students: Transfer your Credits
Students transferring from a community college with approximately 64 transfer credits can complete their entire bachelor's degree in about 2 years. This assumes they will take an average of 30 credits per year. The maximum number of credits available per year is 36.
Community college students can apply to Elizabethtown at any point in their program. Elizabethtown has established a dual admission agreement with Harrisburg Area Community College. Counselors at HACC can supply students with course listings that will work towards both their HACC and Elizabethtown requirements. HACC students nearing the end of their associate degree can meet with the Center's Admissions Coordinator to receive an evaluation of their credits. HACC credits are easily transferable into Elizabethtown's degree programs.
In addition to community colleges, students who have attended various other four year colleges and universities can have their credits evaluated by an admissions counselor. Every effort is made to accept credits earned in the past to be applied to an Elizabethtown program.
