SCPS Offering Two New Online Graduate Certificates and Concentrations

SCPS Offering Two New Online Graduate Certificates and Concentrations

The SCPS is now offering two new online graduate certificates:  Strategic Leadership and Health Care Administration. Graduate certificates provide highly applicable and focused knowledge in specific professional areas. The online certificates, each consisting of 12 credits, can be completed in as little as two semesters, or four eight-week sessions. You can be done in no time at all!

The  Health Care Administration Graduate Certificate  is designed for current or aspiring Health Care Administrators as well as those looking to transition their career to Health Care Administration. The four courses dive into critical areas of health care administration in today’s evolving industry. Whether you are planning for a career in a hospital, long-term care facility, private practice or an industry supporting health care, the graduate certificate can position you for success and advancement.

The Strategic Leadership Graduate Certificate  is ideal for new and seasoned leaders as well as aspiring leaders working to move into a leadership role in any industry. For those hoping to pursue an advanced degree, the certificate provides a springboard into the E-town MBA or M.S. in Strategic Leadership. For those who already hold a master’s or are not currently looking to pursue one, the certificate is a highly focused way to advance and refine your leadership skills without committing to a full graduate degree program.

Eligible credits in the graduate certificate programs may be applied toward the Master of Business Administration (MBA) or M.S. in Strategic Leadership (MSL) program, providing a jump-start on your master’s degree.

While there is no financial aid available for graduate certificate programs as a stand-alone option; the MBA or MSL degree with a concentration are Financial Aid eligible.

Interested? Contact the admissions coordinator at your preferred location. She will be in touch with you to set up a time to discuss the options in more detail. If you’re a current MBA or MSL student, contact your academic advisor, Gwen Miller, to learn more about your concentration options.
