HACC Degree Completer Partnership
Remain in a familiar location while finishing your Bachelor's degree. Elizabethtown College's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) has partnered with Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) to offer Lancaster-area students an accelerated bachelor's degree program in Business Administration. The degree-completion program, designed for HACC students who have completed their associate degree, offers five-week classes right on the HACC-Lancaster campus.
HACC credits are easily transferable into Elizabethtown's degree programs.
Students transferring into the SCPS with approximately 61- 64 transfer credits can complete their entire Bachelor's degree in about two years, assuming they take an average of 30 credits per year. (The maximum number of credits available per year is 36.)
The SCPS has a long-standing dual admission agreement with HACC. Counselors at HACC can supply you with course listings that will work toward both HACC and SCPS requirements. As you near the end of your associate's degree program, you can meet with an SCPS Admissions Counselor for an evaluation of your credits. Every effort is made to accept credits earned in the past to be applied to an Elizabethtown program.
