We're here to help! Elizabethtown College is dedicated to providing the most adult-friendly and convenient academic programs in the region. The Center's Accelerated Programs for Adults are designed for busy working professionals just like you. You can earn a college degree while maintaining your career and personal life-and in less time than you think!
Classes are offered at our Elizabethtown campus, the Dixon University Center in Harrisburg, and in Lancaster on Harrisburg Pike at College Square.
It's About Time...
Classes start every five weeks. You don't have to wait for a group to form like some programs. You can get started right away. Accelerated, 3 credit courses meet 1 or 2 evenings or Saturday a week for 5 weeks. The Center offers many internet-based (online), 5-week accelerated courses. These course learning outcomes are achieved completely over the web (online).

Our curriculum offers strong learning assessment features and a specially assessed faculty. The mission of the Edward R. Murphy Center for Continuing Education and Distance Learning is to promote lifelong learning through programs designed specifically to prepare adult students to articulate and advance their personal and professional goals. We are committed to serving the unique and varying needs of the adult student.
